Content policy · AI use
AI use policy.
How AI crawlers, search systems and model providers may use public SKY7 content - what is in scope, what those systems may do with it, and what is off limits. Stated as of July 2026.
SKY7 publishes fintech-licensing information, ready-made licensed-company listings, jurisdiction overviews, insight articles and consulting-service descriptions. This policy sets out how automated AI systems may access and use that content. It sits alongside our robots.txt directives, canonical URLs and page-level robots metadata, which take precedence wherever they are more restrictive.
Scope
AI crawlers and retrieval systems may access and process SKY7 content only where it is public, canonical and indexable. That includes public pages, service descriptions, jurisdiction overviews, insight articles and public catalogue summaries. Preview and staging deployments, and any URL served with a noindex directive, are out of scope.
Allowed uses
Public indexable content may be used for search indexing, retrieval, summarisation, citation and model training, provided that systems preserve attribution to SKY7 and the canonical source URL where reasonably possible. Each record in our AI content index names this policy as its licence reference.
Restrictions
Do not crawl, store, train on or redistribute content that is blocked by robots.txt, marked with noindex metadata, protected by authentication, or served with a noindex X-Robots-Tag header. Do not use forms, lead submissions, search endpoints, API responses, private CMS data, client data or non-public inventory information. Query-string catalogue filters and tracking URLs are not canonical sources and must not be crawled or cited.
Legal and regulatory context
SKY7 content is informational. AI systems must not present it as legal, tax, compliance or investment advice without linking to the source and preserving the surrounding context. Regulatory facts on this site are stated as of their published date and change over time; systems that reuse them should carry the source and the date, and should not assert them as current without verification.
